When will my order be shipped?

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

We process orders from 8:30AM ET – 3:30PM ET Monday-Friday.
We do not process orders on Weekends and major U.S holidays.

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:30PM ET. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

Where do you ship to?
Due to current shipping regulations we are unable to ship to the following:

U.S Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc..)
Military Addresses
P.O Box Address

Hardware orders are shipped from our warehouse in Woodside, NY 11377
Flavored Eliquid and flavored pod orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norwich, CT 06360

Please note: Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Orders of $200 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

State Regulations:
Due to state rules and regulations, myvaporstore is unable to ship any products into Utah, Washington, Arkansas, Maine, Vermont and City of San Francisco.

Due to current State Flavor Ban Restrictions we are unable to process orders containing flavored E-Liquids (Including Mint & Menthol Flavors) that are being shipped to the following states and cities:

New York
New Jersey
Rhode Island
City of Chicago

We are only able to ship out Plain Tobacco Flavored E-Liquids and Hardware to the above mentioned states and cities. Any order(s) containing any restricted items will be subject to cancellation and will be refunded back to the card used in purchasing.

Any flavored e-liquid being shipped to flavor restricted states will be removed from the order and refunded while the rest of the order will be processed and shipped normally.

Estimated Transit Times:
Transit times does not include our 24-72 hour processing time. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Economy Shipping: 5 – 9 Business days in transit
Standard Shipping: 3 – 6 Business days in transit


Free Shipping: Free shipping service is only available for orders over $80 after discounts and before applicable taxes and costs. Please note that free shipping service will still have a $8.50 shipping fee for adult signature as required by new regulations.


APO/FPO: Due to new shipping regulations we are unable to ship to military addresses along with P.O Boxes, U.S Territories, Hawaii, and Alaska.

** In compliance with the new PACT act regulations all orders will be subject to an additional $8.50 shipping charge for Adult Signature **

Adult Signature:
An $8.50 Adult Signature fee is added to all orders regardless of shipping method. Adult signature upon delivery is required per regulations and cannot be waived. Adult Signature and shipping costs are non refundable.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us.
However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact us via email at info@myvaporstore.com.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the “my account” page or by clicking here.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility. There are no updates in between.


Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

How are replacement parts shipped?
ALL replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using standard shipping.
